How a Signing Works

Booked like an appointment, run like one.

  1. Step 01

    Request

Submit a request through the Contact page or call directly. Provide document type, signer count, and preferred location and time.

  2. Step 02

    Confirm

Documents are previewed where appropriate. The appointment is confirmed in writing along with any photo-ID requirements.

  3. Step 03

    Sign

On-site, on time. Each signer is identified per California law, the document is reviewed for completeness, and the notarial act is performed.

  4. Step 04

    Return

Originals are returned to the requesting party; copies and journal entries are retained per California Notary Public law.

Documents Across the Practice

Every appointment is documented in writing.

Loan packages, trust execution, real-estate recordation, business resolutions, and acknowledgments — handled with the calendar discipline of an advisory practice and the documentation rigor required by California Notary Public law.

Before Your Appointment

A short checklist keeps the signing on time.

A notarization can only proceed when a few conditions are met. Reviewing this list beforehand prevents the most common reason an appointment has to be rescheduled — a missing signer or an expired ID.

  • 01

    Valid Photo ID

A current, government-issued photo identification for every signer — a driver license, state ID, or passport — as required by California law.

  • 02

    The Unsigned Document

The complete document, left unsigned. Signatures on notarized pages must be made in the presence of the notary.

  • 03

    All Required Signers

Every person who must sign should be present at the appointment. Each signer is identified individually before the notarial act.

  • 04

    Any Required Witnesses

If the document calls for witnesses, arrange for them in advance. Let us know during scheduling so the appointment is set up correctly.

  • 05

    The Correct Version

The final version of the document, along with any instructions from your title, escrow, or lending company for a loan package.

  • 06

    Questions in Advance

If anything about the document or the process is unclear, raise it on the scheduling call rather than at the table.

Common Questions

Answered before you call.

The questions signers most often ask about a mobile notary appointment. If yours is not here, ask when you schedule.

01What identification do I need?
California law requires each signer to present a current, government-issued photo ID — most commonly a driver license, state identification card, or passport. Every signer is identified individually before the notarial act is performed.
02Should I sign the document before the appointment?
No. Signatures on the pages being notarized must be made in the presence of the notary. Bring the document complete but unsigned so it can be executed at the appointment.
03Do you come to me, or do I come to you?
The practice is mobile by default. Appointments are held wherever is most practical for the signer — the office, a home, a title company, or a hospital — across Woodland Hills and greater Los Angeles County.
04Can you handle a full loan-signing package?
Yes. As a notary signing agent, the practice handles refinance, purchase, HELOC, reverse mortgage, and seller packages — by an agent who understands both the documents and the closing calendar.
05Can you notarize documents that will be sent overseas?
For documents requiring an apostille, the practice coordinates with the California Secretary of State so the notarized document is prepared for international use.
06What if my document is not on your list?
Ask. Most documents can be accommodated; a few cannot — and you will be told which on the call, not at the appointment.
Community Courtesy Notary Services

Notarial services offered as a courtesy to the public.

A commitment to public service — making essential notarial services accessible to individuals, families, seniors, veterans, and members of the community.

At TR Group International LLC, I believe that essential notarial services should be accessible to everyone. As part of my commitment to public service and community support, I provide my notary services as a courtesy to the public whenever possible and do not charge a fee for the notarization itself.

However, because mobile notary services require travel to the client’s location, travel, transportation, parking, tolls, courier services, and other reasonable out-of-pocket expenses may apply based on distance and service requirements.

My mission is to serve individuals, families, seniors, veterans, and members of the community with professionalism, integrity, respect, and compassion while making notarial services as accessible as possible.
